Company ProfileStarting first from his house in Beal City, Michigan in 1978 with some tools, some parts and an old Ford station wagon, Paul began his business with the servicing and repair of Mobile Homes and Manufactured Homes (although they were called house trailers back then). This business has since grown to 3 Service Vehicles, 5 employees, a huge customer base, and a large retail parts store located East of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. Our retail store provides parts and supplies for Central Michigan Area Mobile Home and Manufactured Home owners. We will also ship most of our products anywhere in the USA. Stocking a large supply of the hard to find items such as mobile home and combo doors, faucets, plumbing parts and supplies, furnace parts and supplies, skirting, sinks, approved tie down anchors, bath tubs, showers, electrical outlets and switches, window gearboxes and window crank handles, we have the stuff your big box store doesn't. Plus we have access to many additional items available on a special order basis. Items such as fiberglass steps, various styles and types of aluminum or fabric awnings, room enclosures, aluminum roof-over systems, patio doors, and much more all geared to the Manufactured Home or Mobile Home owner.
